What is Hydraulic Drive System?

What is Hydraulic Drive System?
A hydraulic drive system is a drive or transmission system which utilizes pressurized hydraulic fluid to bite hydraulic machinery. The term hydro static is the transfer of energy from flow and pressure, not from the kinetic energy of the flow.
And a hydraulic drive system is mainly made up of three parts: The generator driven by an electric motor, a combustion engine or a windmill; valves, filters, piping etc.; the actuator to drive the machinery.
Hydraulic drive systems are based on the Pascal's law. For the pressure in the system is the same, the force that the fluid offers to the surroundings is therefore equal to pressure*area. In such a way, a small piston feels a small force and a large piston feels a large force.
